How do I know if my order has been shipped or ready to be picked up?

All shipping orders are shipped out within the 48 hours the order was placed. Please reach out to us for tracking information. Local pick up orders are ready within the 24 hours the order was placed. Holidays may conflict with this.

How do I return an item?

If within the 30 day window of purchase, ship to 679 Winnetka Ave N Golden Valley MN 55427.To return the item in store, come visit us at Mainstream Boutique Golden Valley. Online orders can't be returned to other locations. 

Can I return an item for a refund? 

Unwashed, unworn merchandise (with tags attached) received within 30 days of purchase can be returned for a store credit only that can be used online or in store. We know you'll find an item you love - check our store for weekly new arrivals! 

I have a reward earned at Mainstream Boutique Golden Valley. Can I apply the reward to my purchase online?

I have a reward earned at another Mainstream Boutique. Can I apply the reward to my purchase online? 

Mainstream boutique is a franchise and most of our locations are individually owned and operated! Because rewards are designated to a specific store, we ask that you redeem them for purchases you make at that store. We love that you shop multiple stores! 

How do I apply in store credit to an online purchase?

Reach out to us at asauer@mainstreamboutique.com with your name and email address the store credit is under and we can create a promo code for you to use at checkout.
